Pierceton…………MARGARET M. DIETSCH, 89, of Pierceton, formerly of Tucson, Ariz., and Huntertown, died Thursday, September 2, 1004 at 8:40 a.m. at Parkview Whitley Hospital, Columbia City, IN.

Mrs. Dietsch was born August 29, 1915, in Pittsburgh, PA., and she was the daughter of the late JAMES PATRICK  and MARGARET (O’MALLEY) DENNEHY.  She was Acquisitions Manager in the Allen County Public Library from 1965-1980, a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Pierceton, and first president of Huntertown Homemakers in 1957.  She married JOHN P. DIETSCH, June 23, 1943, in Dallas, Texas.  He preceded her in death on August 5, 2004.

Surviving are a son,

            JAMES DIETSCH of Pierceton

Daughters,

            MARY ELLEN POLAKOV of Fairfax, Californig

            SUE ANDREWS of Angola, IN

Ten Grandchildren

Thirteen Great Grandchildren

Services were Tuesday at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Pierceton, with Father Bruce Piechocki officiating.  There was a Rosary service at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Pierceton.  Burial was at Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne, IN.   Memorials are to Parkview Whitley Hospital Nursing Staff.
