Naomi H. Matthias, 85, of Morristown died Saturday.   The Philadelphia native lived in Fort Wayne from 1967-87.  She was a retired personnel director for W.T. Grant Co. in New York City, widow of William C. Sr., who died in 1978, and a member of Robinson Chapel United Methodist Church.

Surviving are:

            Howard H. of Morristown

            William C. Jr. of Florida

    4 grandchildren

Graveside services will be in Washington Park Memorial Cemetery in Coram, N.Y.
