FRANK PULVER was born at Conesus Lake, Livingston County, New York, on December 15, 1851 to JOHN HENRY PULVER and AMANDA M. GARDNER. Frank’s paternal grandparents were JOHN C. PULVER and EVE PHILLIPS and his maternal grandparents were RUEBEN and MARY GARDNER. JOHN H. and AMANDA, with their children………
FRANK R., ADELLA D. (PETER THAYER), FREDERICK, GEORGE, JAMES, and
THEODORE S., moved to Coldwater, Michigan, where on November 15, 1865 JOHN

On November 21, 1872, FRANK married MARGARET GUMP in Perry Township, Allen County, where their three children, OLIVE MAE (PHILIP PAYTON), JOHN R., and BERTHA (CONNELL) were born. MARGARET died on December 17, 1886. FRANK then married on April 11, 1889 to MARY M. FRANK was a farmer by trade owning 170 acres. He taught school at the Baptist Seminary that used to sit on the N.W. corner of Gump and Coldwater Rd. Frank was a member of the Huntertown Masonic Lodge. He also served as the Township Assessor for several years. Every winter, together with EARL DEBOLT and CHARLIE TILDEN, Frank would drive to Dunedin, Florida, where he owned an orange grove.
